Bill was also co-founder of the Outdoor Industry Conservation Alliance. He currently serves on the boards of several non-profit and early stage companies.
Topher Gaylord
Topher Gaylord has a lifetime of experience in the global active sports and outdoor industries serving in executive leadership roles. He spent 17 years with VF Corporation, serving for 8 years as President, International Outdoor & Action Sports, leading a portfolio of brands including The North Face, Vans, Reef, and JanSport. Topher has also served as President of Mountain Hardwear, and SVP of Under Armour Run, Train, and Outdoor.
Karl Heinz Salzburger
Karl Heinz Salzburger has over 30 years experience managing leading sporting goods, outdoor, and lifestyle companies. He has served in several senior management roles at Benetton Sportsystem (diverse portfolio of brands like Nordica, Kastle, Prince, and Rollerblade). In 1997 he joined TNF as CEO Europe, then as President of TNF Inc. After the sale to VF Corp he became President, Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and Asia for VF. Karl Heinz has also served on the Board of Directors of Luxottica Group.
